gosh!! pain~~
eeewww.todae had taekwondo trng.super duper tough.and my stamina have drop as i have nort attend the trng for years.hahas.then todae rong de sir asked us to run five sets.as in one set is counted like you run up the stirs near the lifty and up to level six then run along the corridor to the other end and down the stairs near the class 4A.and thats counted as one set.we have to five times of that.oh my goodness.i ran the third set that time.all my energy was like...used up.and i was panting.but manage to run finish in 10 to 15 mins.wheee~~ i improved.yeah mannx.hahas.but i still think im slow.bleaghx.when i was about to climb up the stairs to level six on the forth sets.sean was beside me and i accidentally hit his hand. *0.O* hahas.and my immediate reactions was "sorrie sorrie" and he said nvr mind.hahas.first time we tok lehs.hehes.he is soooo cute.haiya have been saying ppl cute for the past few days.wheee~~ hahas.then he ran like robot like dat.wont stop one.hahas.stamina damn good mannx.so coOl. =) mux learn from him next time.yeah.
and yeah.trng was tough.and i mean damn damn tough.tougher by 1000000000 times.hahas.and i cant take it.when we were doing sit-ups and push-ups under ven chiang.we were almost half-dead. x.X he kept saying "start from zero" and den we had to re-do.AArghh!!! and i dint ate my lunch as i was in the stupid mr lee's office.doing some rehearsal things.and derrel was there too.and both of us were rushing for time.as i had to attend my trng and he had to attend his computer lesson.den after a few nagging from mr lee.we were free.but soon caught by miss mah.and she gave derrel and i the scrabble word list.new one.and after that.*vvrroom* off we went.
eeee.thr trng sucks to the core.so tough that i cant take it anymore.rather nort go for trng.hehes.but cannot.argh.den gort duno is gastic pain or sitch when doing the sit-ups and push-ups.cannot even do it properly.den later vic went up to me and asked if im okie.and i was like.my stomach hurts lots.and den he asked if i had my lunch and i was like..no...i dun even had time for that.hmms.den he still gort ask a lot of things la.and rong de sir saw me and ask me to go to him for "treatment".den we tok and tok.blah blah blah.den i told him i wanna go to the washroom.so we stopped toking and *toilet here i come* hehes.okie.den back frm the toilet.we had the belt so-called ceremony la.den by belt level went up to rong de sir to change our belt.while waiting.vic came up to me again and asked if im okie.cause i looked as if i gonna faint in no time.den i joked with him. "i faint le den you send me home lo" and he replied "okie okie i will" den i say no nid lo. *giggling*
after the "ceremony" we had photo-taking.fun-shots at first.den later is formal alrdy.and that jiu yuan sir was blocking me.den i told him that.and he said "you dun mind stand beside me la" then i went beside him with my frends.ven chiang and him aR.lurve to play with ech others leggie.hahas.cute lehs.ehhs.cute again.dorts.
and yarh.too lazy to write anymore.going to have my dinner alrdy.
