bloody poo poo*
my whole body had been aching since the day my training ended. holy shyt!! aching non-stop. the muscles on both of my legs (the thigh part-somewhere above the knees) are being pull-ed. my god. even walking has turn out to be my worse nightmare. every single step i take, i will go 'ouch ouch OUCH!' mux as well buy me a wheelchair. >.<>
haven been reading aran's blog for quite some time. cause i kind of forgotten his URL. opps. and i recovered it through aran's friend-jun yang. yup. knew him through that bloody aran or maybe not. cause jun yang was from nanyang too. well, i din notice it then though. but aran jux add us into a conversation and type a few words then left. abandoning me and jun yang all alone. pook. thus i left the conversation too. :P
pain pain pain and more pain can only be describe of how i am feeling right at this point of time. im more painful then you had expected. next week theres more to come. 3 training straight in a week. my god. save me! the 3 training include of 1 which timing is like 10-4. 6 whole bloody freaking hours. 6 hours for a training? you mux be mad. but thats the truth. *_* poor lil thing-my legs and arms, you're gonna suffer more. doing all those crunch-es made my tummy hurts. i hate crunch-es. eeww :/
